Museum of Collectivisation in Romania, Tămășeni
Romania's first museum devoted to the collectivisation of agriculture (1949–1962), opened in November 2020 by the Romanian Collectivisation Memorial Association.
It starts from the life of one man, Ioachim Bulai, to tell the story of his family and of the peasants of Tămășeni and nearby villages over more than a century. It also illustrates everyday life under the communist regime.
