Lascăr Vorel Art Galleries

The CMNN's contemporary art galleries occupy the former 'Alfa' Gallery space, taken over by the museum complex in the early 1990s and inaugurated under the current name in May 1993.
A new solo or group show (painting, graphics, sculpture, textiles, mosaic) opens roughly every two weeks, each with a vernissage. The galleries also host the 'Lascăr Vorel' National Fine Arts Biennial. Admission is free.
